That flashing neon sign tells a story about two lonely people that met at this certain establishment in which a love evolved that lasted until the love of his life passing. They lived with insight of the place where they met and he is reminded every night at 9:00 when they band plays their favorite song he looks across the bridge at That Flashing Neon Sign
