Review of Album Workin's Too Hard

Charmingly modest vocals and plainspoken lyrics are key ingredients in a most successful recipe for Rayna Gellert’s current EP offering.  A member of acclaimed old-time band Uncle Earl, vocalist/fiddler/guitarist Ms. G conveys deep, understated emotion with consistency and grace. Worth the price of admission alone is the ballad “River Town”, co-authored with co-producer Kieran Kane, Other notables include "Strike The Bells", “Grey Bird” and “Perry”.
