Review of Album Baby You Win

Cliff Westfall conducts a virtual workshop on the craft of melding old-school country sentiments with era-appropriate phrasing savvy and more than a little humor.  The Kentucky-bred NY-based singer/songwriter never drops the ball trekking tried-and-true turf on airplay-worthy tracks including “Till The Right One Comes Along”, “It Hurt Her To Hurt Me” and “I’ll Play The Fool”.  The knife-twister “More And More” and decidedly un-p.c. “Off The Wagon” stand out as well.
