Review of Album Blues Keep Knockin'

It’s great to know that the hard-chargin’ deep soul blues style that is vocalist Trudy Lynn’s signature shows no let-up on her newest offering.  And, as on her late 2016 release, I’ll Sing The Blues For You, Ms. Lynn reaches back for classics, breathing here-and-now excitement into gems from Ida Cox- “Blues Ain’t Nothin’” and Jimmy Rogers- “That’s Alright” and others.  Her own “Blues Keep Knocking” stands out as well.
