Carolina-bred Brandon Santini distinguishes his new offering within the current bumper crop of high quality harmonica-led sessions by serving up an abundance of insistent, muscular grooves varied in style but uniform in their infectious character.  “Heartbreaker” is a solid airplay candidate and Mr. Santini’s sophisticated take on the Howlin’ Wolf-popularized “Evil” could catch on as well.
