More of the same is a very good thing in the case of Mark Cameron’s new set.  The not-the-everyday blending of a classic blues sound & ahead-of-the-pack songwriting that was the hallmark of 2017’s Live at Blues On The Chippewa is back, with a stack of tracks flavored with the MCB’s distinctive guitar-sax-and-harp front line and varied in mood and attitude.  The infectious, darkly-shaded title track is a standout as is the slyly humorous “Dicey”.  Other tracks of note include “Trouble Brewin’”, “Dirty Biscuit” and “Next Stop Is The Blues”.
